土耳其在2017年9月與俄羅斯Rosoboronexport國防出口公司簽署採購4套S-400 Triumf (北約編號:SA-21 Growler)防空飛彈系統,採購金額約25億美元

計畫在2018年交付2套S-400 Triumf防空飛彈系統,並由土耳其生產另外2套S-400 Triumf防空飛彈系統.

S-400 Triumf (北約編號:SA-21 Growler)防空飛彈系統可進行追蹤300個目標並可鎖定攻擊其中36個威脅目標,包括中程戰術飛彈,戰機,巡弋飛彈和彈道飛

彈等,其中9M96E和9M96E2防空飛彈射程超過400公里,高度約30公里.

日前土耳其表示將預計在2019年底前獲得首批S-400 Triumf (北約編號:SA-21 Growler)防空飛彈系統,這也是全球第2個採購國家.

According to the Bloomberg website, Turkey has agreed the purchase of Russian-made S-400 air defense missile system for an amount of $2.5 billion. In November 2016, it was announced that Turkey and Russia was on the process to negotiate acquisition of the S-400 Triumf (NATO reporting name: SA-21 Growler) long-range air defense systems.
