IDEX/NAVDEX 2017第13屆阿布達比國際防務暨第4屆海軍防務展覽:阿聯酋Tawazun國防工業公司展出新型Rabdan 8x8裝甲車輛原型車

阿聯酋Tawazun國防工業公司與土耳其Otokar公司合作成立Al Jasoor重型車輛工業公司,並以Otokar Arma 8x8裝甲車輛發展出新型Rabdan 8x8裝甲車輛

其中配備一個BMP-3雙人砲塔包括100公厘2A70線膛砲(可發射3UOF HE-FRAG和3UBK10反裝甲飛彈),30公厘2A72同軸機砲和7.62公厘PKT同軸機槍,車輛

可搭載2名人員與10名乘員,車輛重量約28~30噸,搭載一具Caterpillar 12.5L柴油發動機(可產生600匹馬力)和Allison 4500自動變速箱具備六個前進檔和一個

倒退檔,車速可達105公里/時(最大範圍700公里),車體防護具備STANAG 4級,車底盤防護具備STANAG 4a/b級,另外可進行水陸兩棲浮游能力(水中最大速度約

10公里/時).

阿聯酋已簽署採購400輛新型Rabdan 8x8裝甲車輛,採購金額約6.61億美元,將在阿布達比Tawazun工業園區阿聯酋NIMR Automotive公司負責生產,以取代

BMP-3裝甲車.

At the International Defense Exhibition IDEX, the Turkish Company Otokar has signed a foreign partnership with United Arab Emirates (UAE) to produce and sell 400 8x8 armored vehicles worth $661 million. The contract will be overtaken by the Al Jasoor Heavy Vehicles Industries, a joint company established by Otokar and Tawazun. At IDEX 2017, Tawazun has displayed the Rabdan, the new 8x8 armoured vehicle is based on the Turkish-made Otokar Arma wheeled vehicle.
