General Dynamics通用動力歐洲地面系統(GDELS)與荷蘭合作開發All-Transportable Tactical Vehicle(ATTV)輕型戰術車輛,可進行空中突擊和特種作戰能力與執法和邊境巡邏任務執行,

高部署能力可因應軍隊與警察單位使用需求.

車重: 5 噸以下.

引擎: Steyr M1600053-B柴油發動機與6速ZF自動變速箱.

時速: 170 公里/時.

可配備可折疊環形支架與12.7公厘機槍.
